Describe the issue

Hey there,
We are seeing a webpage of "Please check back later - Error 1027" when syncing extensions to a new computer in Google Chrome, version 142.0.7444.61 and .135. The page states that "this website has been temporarily rate limited" and is pointing to a URL of otp.ee/chromeissues

We've been seeing this since 11/06/25 - is there anything that can be done to not get this page to launch when installing/syncing Chrome?
