Hello Support Team,

I urgently need your assistance regarding the two-factor authentication (2FA) codes generated by your authenticator plugin.

My Facebook account (email: yuikemma@gmail.com
) has been protected by 2FA using your plugin, but recently all generated verification codes have been rejected as invalid. I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access important business assets.

I have contacted Facebook support, and they confirmed that no one at Facebook has the ability to disable or remove 2FA. They advised that I must contact your technical support team to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Could you please help me check the following:

Is it possible that I deleted the correct entry/account inside the authenticator app, which caused the codes to be incorrect?

Could the invalid codes be caused by time synchronization issues between the authenticator and the Facebook server?

Is there any way to recover or regenerate the correct key/seed for this account?

This issue is extremely urgent as it directly impacts my business operations.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating and resolving the problem.
