[KeyValueWatcher.GetHashCode](https://github.com/Azure/AppConfiguration-DotnetProvider/blob/main/src/Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.AzureAppConfiguration/Models/KeyValueWatcher.cs#L52) should include tag filters like [KeyValueSelector](https://github.com/Azure/AppConfiguration-DotnetProvider/blob/main/src/Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.AzureAppConfiguration/Models/KeyValueSelector.cs#L66) does.
