Improve SinterConfigGUI (pre-release v3.3.0.2) open json file with error message

when I test a json file with aspen plus v10, it open v10 in the backend, but it has a message box says it encountered an error and Aspen Plus has to shut down. it autogenerated a log file like this:

I tested the same json file in FOQUS node, the FOQUS node test runs successfully. It seems to be an error generated from Simsinter.

There are slightly different versions of Sinter.dll in the Turbine and SimSinter. It doesn't necessarily mean anything but I noticed the hashes are different, so it's possible the Turbine version works but the SimSinter one doesn't.

You could try moving "C:\Program Files\CCSI\SimSinter\Sinter.dll" to "C:\Program Files\CCSI\SimSinter\Sinter.dll.bk" and then copy over "C:\Program Files\Turbine\Lite\Clients\Sinter.dll" to "C:\Program Files\CCSI\SimSinter\Sinter.dll" and see if that fixes the problem you are seeing.

I tested the same json file with same Simsinter version in my own computer (the error was occured in my NETL computer), no error message box apear.

Most likely some issue with Aspen Plus installation in my NETL computer.

When test in my KL computer, which do not have aspen plus v10 installed, it'll give warning saying that a higher version of aspen plus exist.

Based on these informaiton, it more likely that it is the Aspen Plus setup or whether the specified version exist or not that cause the error message discribed above, not the Simsinter.

We should at least improve the error reported when a version of Aspen is searched for, but not found.
