Forcing all cells to be assigned?

Hi all,

I was wondering if it's possible to classify cells such that all cells must be assigned a cell-type label (i.e. with no possibility of a cell falling into an "other"/"unassigned" category?) If so, how can I specify this in the classification function?

It is possible, but not advisable. Forcing cells to be assigned could make them assigned to the most similar cell type in the training data. you can do that by finding the cell type with the highest classification value.
