ECS without registered container instances

Thanks for your amazing tool and support provided.
I am trying to run Distirbuted Cellprofiler and while all steps described in https://distributedscience.github.io/Distributed-CellProfiler/troubleshooting_runs.html complete successfully and without error, none of the Messages available goes to the Messages in flight in the queue.

I noticed the created EC2 instances also remain unnamed, which matches the following issue from the troubleshooting page

I checked all cases and seems the ECS cluster I am using (default) does not have registered container instances

I have been trying to fix this issue and havent been successful. I would greatly appreciate any hint regarding this problem.

Did you have ASSIGN_IP = 'False' in your config?
We haven't fleshed out the infrastructure to fully support using ASSIGN_IP=False in DCP yet. (I just changed to default in the config to True and will add more docs explaining this soon.)
