Cannot find Fabric Binaries in the tutorial link

The link https://nexus.hyperledger.org/content/repositories/releases/org/hyperledger/fabric/hyperledger-fabric/linux-amd64-1.0.4/hyperledger-fabric-linux-amd64-1.0.4.tar.gz does not contain any file. I think it is necessary to run step 2.2, right?
