Pivot Gizmo misaligned

Hi, @timon-schelling , this is my first time contributing to graphite. So, I would like to confirm my understanding of this issue. I reproduced the bug and I tried out the 3 pivot gizmo modes.

Custom pivot => pivot at center of the object initially (we can change it later)
Origin(average point) => average point of origins of all layers
Origin(active object) => origin of the most recently selected layer

My current idea is that the bug is in how the pivot position is calculated in pivot.rs (specifically the average calculations), so I’m planning to focus on adjusting that logic.

If I misunderstood anything, please let me know. I’d really appreciate your guidance.

Haven't looked into fixing it myself, but the starting point you have chosen seems reasonable.
