Nao3 lets chest button flash yellow after booting

After nao3 has booted, its eyes turn white and the chest button starts to flash. I have tested the head on bodies magenta, blue, green, red and cyan (to eliminate connection issues in the neck area), and it happened with all the bodies. You can ping the head, but not ssh to it, because of this error:
connect to host nao3.local port 22: Connection refused
