C:\Users\my-pc\Desktop\chatbot\halbot-main\config.json - This is the path of the config, I renamed it halbot.json and still the error "[HALBOT] AssertionError [ERR_ASSERTION]: Telegram Bot API Token is required." resolved

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I am sorry the program did not work on your machine. Halbot dev and test in Unix/Linux env. And it needed to be fixed on Windows. But I will release a docker image soon. I just wanted to let you know that I will keep post you. Sorry for all the inconvenience.
