Feature Request: Search String Variables

I would like to sugest group of variables for use in the "Seach String" textbox in the Highlighting settings:
Something like:

• "%D:dd/MM/yyyy%" = Current Date
• "%D-N:dd/MM/yyyy%" = Current Date minus N Days
• "%D+N:dd/MM/yyyy%" = Current Date plus N Days

The format is for configuration porpouses.
Expandable for times also.
