USharpVideo is no longer playing videos on VRChat, period #107
Description
I checked the log using VRCX, and I noticed that it wasn't Google pulling it's usual nonsense. It genuinely just won't play...anything. This is true for all of the same model of players across different worlds. I load into the worlds, & the result is a blinding-white screen with a "Error, Retrying" loop.
I've tried different links, clearing cache, restarting, changing IP's, etc.
To reiterate, I know it is not a case of getting flagged as a bot, because i've been able to run other models of Video Players just fine, and I have an app that checks for that exact scenario. This is different. I also tested it with 8 different friends, and they are experiencing the same problem.
With all that being said, is there any word on a fix being pushed out? I know i'm a bit out of my depth here, but I don't know where else to bring up an issue such as this one. (Truth be told, there's a lot of incredible abandoned Worlds that function fine, but still use this player. It would be shame if this is how they get their final nail in the coffin)
