Add references to formal methods for risk analysis

There is a lot of research on how to do risk analysis, add some references and preferably an overview.

Actually, students from our indek program should be familiar with several formal methods for risk analysis. So maybe we add those courses as prerequisites and let the students apply what they learned from those courses.
