Fix Pokemon Icons After Pokemon #809

The icons that are currently used after Sun/Moon (Gen 7) are incorrectly sized, causing layout inconsistencies when those Pokemon are being displayed on the page.

This only affects their icons and not their sprites.

Can probably get updated ones that fit the 40x30 dimensions from somewhere else or by making a script to edit each applicable icon and add padding or something.
