[BUG] Requesty refresh models button doesn't work

When you click refresh buttons when using the Requesty provider, you do not get an updated list of models.

1. Select Requesty
2. Fill in the API key
3. On https://app.requesty.ai change the approved models list
4. Hit refresh

Notice that the models do not reflect the approved models list.

I've analyzed this issue and found the root cause.

Root Cause:

When the Requesty refresh button is clicked, the UI sends a flushRouterModels message with text: 'requesty'. However, the backend handler for flushRouterModels calls flushModels({ provider: routerNameFlush }, true) without including the API key or base URL.

The Requesty models endpoint requires an API key to fetch user-specific approved models (per-user custom policies). Without the API key, the endpoint returns a generic models list rather than the user's configured approved models.

Looking at the code in src/core/webview/webviewMessageHandler.ts (line 780-785):

The comment even acknowledges that providers needing credentials should use specific handlers, but Requesty doesn't have one.

Proposed Implementation Plan:

1. Add a new requestRequestyModels case handler in src/core/webview/webviewMessageHandler.ts (similar to existing requestOllamaModels, requestLmStudioModels, and requestRooModels handlers):

   • Get the current API configuration
   • Call flushModels with the proper credentials (requestyApiKey and requestyBaseUrl)
   • Fetch the refreshed models and send them back to the UI

2. Update webview-ui/src/components/settings/providers/Requesty.tsx to use the new requestRequestyModels message type instead of the generic flushRouterModels

3. Add corresponding tests for the new handler

This approach is consistent with how other credential-requiring providers (Ollama, LM Studio, Roo) already handle model refresh.
