Add status for discharging

Hi,

and thanks a lot for this project, making possible using our MGs' connected functionalities to their fullest.

I recently jumped on the V2L (Vehicle To Load) bandwagon, and was curious to see what the SAIC gateway will show. I'm attaching a screenshot from the time when there was a small load (about 1.2kW) connected, while my MG4 was in discharge mode:

As you can see, the combination of values of BMS Charge Status (UNKNOWN 13), CCU OnBoard Plug Status (7) and Charging Mode (6) could be used to deduct that the car is in DISCHARGE mode.

I'm not sure if the SAIC's API exposes the DISCHARGE button, which is available from wihin the in-car infotainment screen, when the V2L adapter is connected to the charging port. If this switch is exposed, that could open endless possibilities for V2L / V2H automations.

No, unfortunately there is no such button in the App, that's why I'm not sure this function is even exposed by the SAIC API.
