Different memory size for server and agent VM

It would be useful to have different memory size for server and agent VMs.

Suggested workaround relies on fact new VM is created by vm_clone module, and then setup by vm_params. On second run, the vm_clone does not change VM if it already exists, and vm_params is not used to setup RAM. So we can just modify VM memory, and change will not be reverted.

Dave tested this:

i tried increasing ram on agent nodes and re-running and the increased ram stayed - so that's good.
