PayPal payment without function

I have installed version 1.3.0-beta4 and have found a bug.

Open stevotvr/groupsub/language/en/common.php

`	'GROUPSUB_DECIMAL_SEPARATOR'	=> '.',
	'GROUPSUB_THOUSANDS_SEPARATOR'	=> ',',`

If you replace the period with a comma and the comma with the period, the Paypal payment will not work.
