Fix alignment for mobile

the columns for aktuelles/projekte/... are not centrally aligned on mobile devices. I'm not sure how to fix it (probably some CSS magic).

This is also an issue for the logo + header text, by the way. I tried putting that in a row and using the columns to get bootstrap to render it correctly, but that didn't work.
