Description
The sphinx-rtd-theme is currently maintained under personal account ownership but needs to be moved under organizational control. Additionally, want to evaluate alternative themes to better differentiate from Proplot's documentation styling.
Tasks:
- Transfer sphinx-rtd-theme repository ownership to organization account
- Review and document current theme configuration and customizations
- Research alternative Sphinx themes that align with project needs
- Create prototype builds with 2-3 candidate themes
- Compare themes for:
- Visual differentiation from Proplot
- Readability and navigation
- Mobile responsiveness
- Customization options
- Present theme options to team for feedback
- Implement chosen theme with necessary configurations
