Need info regarding libnetcdf 4.9.3 on Windows

Hi, I tried installing netCDF4 1.7.3 and noticed that it uses libnetcdf 4.9.2 on Windows, but 4.9.3 on Linux. I need 4.9.3 on Windows for some performance testing work.
I see there are ongoing discussions about enabling 4.9.3 on Windows in the next netCDF4 release (#1450 (comment)).

Could you please share if there is any timeline for when this will become available?
