Shop Appearances not saved correctly in the MySQL database

I had previously used version 2.0.1 build 3 and now updated to the latest version 2.0.1 build 12. I have deleted all configs and tables from the database to get a clean new installation.

The purchased store appearances are still not saved correctly in the MySQL database.

Steps to reproduce:

1. use Ohen OP right buy a shopskin and apply it to all stores.
2. restart the server
3. keeps the currently selected skins but has to buy all already purchased skins again.

The Logs and Recoyery tables are also permanently empty he writes all logs to the Plugins folder
