Can't find the Th_Thra Th_Thrb ligand-receptor in mouse_lr.txt data

Hi, I download the mouse_lr.txt file, but I can't find the Th_Thra Th_Thrb ligand-receptor. I am wondering why these lrs are not in the file? Thanks a lot for your help.
