subscreen makes main screen 60hz

I just got a touchscreen and when I plugged it in it works fine but makes my main monitor 60hz and I tried using all the methods possible to fix it and nothing seems to work

You can take a look at spice2x github wiki where the troubleshoot page is, there should be a part where the subscreen problem you mentioned.
Although there is one specific option that controls how the game works with vsync in the game, a option for this is in development since most people might need to leave this option off due to newer cards and driver auto makes subscreen as main screen when rendering(not sure why)

Will leave this issue open after the option is added
