Update Cake.UrlLoadDirective.Module to be compatible with Cake 1.x #10
Description
Cake.UrlLoadDirective.Module currently targets Cake v0.33 and therefore is compatible with Cake <= v0.38.5
Cake v1.0 was released earlier this year and this module should now target Cake v1.0 and follow the best practices to remain compatible with Cake v1.x.
