Github API doesn't exactly match green squares

The results from the API don't match the numbers that are displayed when hovering over green squares on Github.

(Run the file `$ node src/tools/github.js`)

Also, need to figure out how to get more than 30 results from Github's API.

Edit: The green square legend says: "A summary of pull requests, issues opened, and commits to the default and gh-pages branches."
