[Onboarding] Error occurs on first app launch when selecting Ukraine as country and Romanian/ English as language

Describe the bug
At first installation of the app or after clearing app data, selecting Ukraine as the country and Romanian/English as the language during the initialization process results in an error.

To Reproduce

1. Install the app fresh or clear all app data.
2. Launch the app to begin the initialization process.
3. Select Ukraine as the country.
4. Select Romanian/English as the language.
5. Slide through the Info until "Start using PTSD Help" is shown and select it

Expected behavior
The app should proceed normally after selecting any valid country-language combination, including Ukraine and Romanian/English.
