[Home] "Take your monthly evaluation" button is clickable but has no functionality

Describe the bug
The "Take your monthly evaluation" feature is currently non-functional. When users click the button, there is no response, no redirection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Home' from Navigation Bar
2. Click on 'Take your monthly evaluation'

Expected behavior
Clicking the button should redirect the user to the evaluation process.
