Language mixing issue: English/Romanian content mixed across app and videos

Describe the bug
There is a general language inconsistency throughout the app.
Even when English is selected as the app language, some content (including videos) is still displayed or played in Romanian.
In addition, "Ro/en" is appearing before every tool name.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the app language to English.
2. Navigate through different sections (tools, menus, videos).
3. Observe the following issues:
4. Some texts and videos are displayed or played in Romanian instead of English.
5. "Ro/en" prefix appears before tool names instead of adapting based on the selected language.

Expected behavior
When English is selected, all content (including videos and tool names) should be fully in English without any "Ro/en" mixed labels.
When Romanian is selected, everything should be fully in Romanian.
No unnecessary "Ro/en" prefixes should be shown.
