Question about updates #7

Hi,
I finally have some free time since the Decoupled dev days and I didn't know where else to ask this. I was hoping to start contributing and try and catch this project up with some of the other ContentaCMS builds.
Besides the wireframes on https://www.drupal.org/node/2818741#comment-12114776 are there any other project roadmaps or guides?
I haven't done much React with atomic design, should initial PRs build the atom and molecules components or would it better to get more of the complete wireframe layouts in and then break it up?
