Weird Issue, Chunk content is removed when running repoman update

We have a weird issue.

When running repoman update, one of our chunks has all its content removed. I then have to use git to restore the content of the file (via git checkout).

Has anyone ever had this problem before?

Is there any debug logging or something I can run to find out why it is happening?

It's been a long time since I worked on the code -- it might be due to database changes (it used to be that nullable fields were a bit more forgiving). I don't even remember if this emits standard logging messages while it works. 😬
