tutorialDone.html hardcoded #59

Description

@panavrin

In most of the pages that LegionTools users created, the url to the tutorialDone.html is typically hard-coded.

When you change and merge all the different versions into one and use one unified url (e.g. legionpowered.net/LegionTools/

you should notify all the people who have been using anything other than that url.

For example, my apparition design study has a line that says

          window.location.assign("https://legionpowered.net/LegionToolsv2/tutorialDone.html");

FYI: https://github.com/cromaLab/Apparition/blob/3bb54df222a4ab2e795637cb93f6b720ad275db5/design_userstudy/tutorial.html#L109
This is why if someone is running a study, you can't change the url randomly.

I think post-CHI is the perfect time to get rid of all the URLs.

This is what happened to @alundgard today and me the other day (When Sai changed the URL to v2.5).
