Improve documentation and create a real basic application using PHP-Router

So, Already it has some time that I am with this idea in mind. E I find that a site for spreading goes to be excellent for the PHP-Router. First, because we will have the possibility to have a real application, bred with the PHP-Router integrating other tools (to create the documentation/site online).

Second, because the spreading becomes much more pleasant the user.

In the case of this task to be well accepted for the community, I also suggest the separation of the repository of PHP-Router for a company, whose the name I do not have idea.
