database.useKeyspace() bug?

Opening based on our discussion about database.useKeyspace() not working so that I can track the fix for the docs (https://datastax.jira.com/browse/DOC-5374).

Inside the useKeyspace method, we were updating the options (mutable), but we did not change the associated API endpoints, hence no update.

This is now fixed ready for next release
