Using Azure RTOS - ThreadX, NetX and FileX on Renesas S7G2. What are the License terms for using these in our application?

You can read more on the Azure RTOS licensing here.

For Renesas, the Synergy/RX/RA/RZ MCU families can be used with Azure RTOS they you are granted pretty open use as described in the LICENSE.TXT, paragraph 2.

Given the S7G2 is part of the Synergy family, it would fit into this category.
