If cross-referencing #1 and #4; perhaps not necessarily a dev-env root cause? If not of the development environment; may be plugin compatibility, right? Presently, not sure; may transfer this Issue to TDSM_Mute for solving, if needed.

Took a look at the csproj file and it expects TShock as a dependency which is provided in the repository. I downloaded the version that was listed (4.3.24) from GitHub and put it to the mentioned location (two directories above the csproj) file. You can also change the directory where it looks for the dependencies.

This results in a working build on my end. Let me know if you need something else.

After 7.0.0 is 8.0.20 as latest version for .NET 6.
