goal is to compare all [relevant products](https://github.com/emissions-api/project-notes/issues/16) to choose the most relevant so we know wich one has to be implemented until end of Feb 2020. needs to be done before [#16 ](https://github.com/emissions-api/project-notes/issues/16)
