Separate key from contract section #1
Description
There are use-cases where passes do not need to be registered on a blockchain, but where a key would make sense. Currently the key is in the contract section - they should be split in a key and a contract section. Then the contract section can link to a key in the key-section.
Example where it would make sense: Next week at SpaceAppsChallenge Berlin - it makes no sense to register the passes on the blockchain - as the tickets are free - it is of no use to make reselling possible - but a key could be handy e.g. for voting for projects in the end.
