Standardize naming and parameters

Standardize naming conventions and parameters across SDF and non-SDF functions.
For example, we have primitives.cylX() and sdf_primitives.cylinderX().

The names in the modules primitives and operations are coming from HyperFun.
Possibly it is best to continue using them.
