Be able to add Tag with a nicer interface #34

Today, it's words separated by a dot. It would be great to have something nicer that looks like tags. Like when you add tags on a YouTube video, or in Azure DevOps, and many other websites.
Maybe using https://fluentui-blazor.net/Badge??
