Ability to view all details of identified pull requests via the bot.

Because of the way the GitHub APIs work, this was implemented as part of issue #3.

That said, I'm going to leave this open as there are some PR-specific refinements I'd like to make.

So the question here is whether it's worth adding the PR's diff(s) as an attachment to the Symphony message.

Some firms block external attachments however, so this may be counter-productive. Need to investigate further.

Based on the feedback to date, I don't believe this is necessary for MVP.
