Support accept allow in this session when use agent.

就是每次通过agent发起任务执行的时候，他每次执行一些任务或者执行一些命令行terminal，
它需要你确认或者说取消。

Use agent and run the task, if it active the terminal cmd and run, every time it will ask you, do you allow or not?

这个功能能否参考VSCode一样，提供在当前对话session中始终允许或者提供一个设置的地方，让它一直工作。

Could you support allow in this session? Like use VSCode's agent version?
