Create an llms.txt map of the docs and guides

Currently the /llms.txt route of the website is more like a system prompt with the api reference, some guides, app demos etc

Should instead be a map of the pages that llm crawlers can use to get context themselves. Can still keep the current route as /llms-full.txt in case that is still useful for some.
