Add fall '24 meeting report to things

Can we get the link for the report added in all the necessary spots on the website? I believe that includes the community meeting's page and in documents under "PyHC Biannual Meeting Reports". I'd do it myself but it's 7 PM and I still need to pack for my flight to Japan tomorrow at 8 AM. 😆

Side note, if you find any errors/etc. feel free to Slack me, or write comments on the Google doc. I wrote this as quickly as humanly possible so it'd be done before my vacation, but am fine if this is a version 1 with another version coming out.
