Old lolcat version doesn't work with windows #29
Description
The version of lolcat included does not include this fix
Given how brittle including the raw file is, ideally the repo should either name the dependency and let PyPI sort it out, or include an option to not require it.
(apologies if this is the wrong place to raise what could be a packaging issue)
