This is a top level issue for tracking the necessary work for accomplish parity with CAPO regarding the Port controller.
- AdminStateUp (Port: add adminStateUp field #617)
- MACAddress (Port: add MACAddress field #618)

- PropagateUplinkStatus
- ValueSpecs
- TrustedVIF (on-hold until implemented on gopher #3597)
