Consider renaming LifecycleAsync to LifecycleBlocking #3
Description
This rename switches the protocol name from the callers to the implementors perspective.
It shall reduce confusion, because on CLJS you can't "block" with classic start. Also API users will be more concerned with implementing the protocol than invoking it,
Especially if #2 is implemented as described there, this would be more helpful to distinguish the loader phases.
