Allow basic support in the setting.

Currently, we can only add basic support settings into _additionalLaunchers_ in `browserstack-helper.conf.js`. 

But all versions between _additionalLaunchers_ and the most recent version might be missed. 

Maybe we need to have basicLaunchers?
