Opening issue for open discussion on improving site appearance.

Using Bootstrap is great idea, though a dedicated framework may as well be used if site style is fixed. eg, materializecss for Material Design. This may result in increased site speed.

Also Bootstrap 4 has stopped support for IE9 and below, though it can be added.

• Bootswatch is a good reference for templates designed with bootstrap.
• Also, Daemonite’s Material UI is a pretty interesting project.

Just by replacing the Bootstrap CSS on any site with the CSS from this project will transform all components and elements on the website to have a Material look.
