what was last 3.x commit?

Hi I'm needing to modify the .NET 5 version of this app, so cloned the repo and reviewed it. There are no tags (for version or anything else) and no clear commit msg. Sorry for my lack of git expertise, but can you tell me what was the last commit for 3.x, so I could begin from there?  Thx in advance, Rick.
